1. Acceptance and eligibility
By browsing our website, placing an order or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and have legal capacity to enter a contract. If you purchase for another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that they will comply with these Terms.
2. About the service
Best Premium TV provides time-limited access to digital IPTV streaming services and related setup support for compatible devices and applications. The features, duration, device limit and price of your subscription are those shown at checkout or in your order confirmation.
Streaming quality depends on the selected content, source availability, device capability, player, network and internet connection. References to HD, Full HD or 4K describe supported capability and do not guarantee that every item is available at every resolution.
3. Orders, activation and credentials
You must provide accurate and complete order information. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we issue activation or access details. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing error, legal restriction, service unavailability or breach of these Terms. If we cancel a paid order before service delivery, we will provide an appropriate refund.
Access credentials are personal to the customer and plan purchased. You are responsible for keeping them confidential and for activity conducted with them. Notify us promptly if you believe access has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful, personal and non-commercial viewing within the device limits of your plan. You must not:
- Share, sell, sublicense or publicly distribute credentials or access.
- Restream, rebroadcast, record for redistribution or commercially exploit service content.
- Circumvent security, geographic, device or concurrent-stream restrictions.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, probe, disrupt or overload the website, applications or service infrastructure.
- Use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
- Submit malicious code, fraudulent payment information, abusive messages or misleading support claims.
Reseller activity is permitted only under a separate written reseller arrangement.
5. Devices, applications and internet
You are responsible for compatible hardware, software, player applications and a stable internet connection. Third-party devices and applications are governed by their own terms and may change without our control.
Before ordering, review the supported-device information or contact us. We may provide setup guidance, but we are not responsible for device defects, ISP restrictions, local network configuration, third-party application changes or costs charged by another provider.
6. Prices, payments and renewals
Prices, currency, plan duration and any discount are displayed before purchase. You authorise the selected payment provider to process the amount confirmed. Taxes or provider fees may apply depending on your location and payment method.
Subscriptions expire at the end of the purchased term unless a renewal is completed or an automatic renewal was clearly selected. Renewal terms and prices may differ from a previous promotional offer. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
7. Content, trademarks and intellectual property
The website design, brand elements, text, graphics and service technology made available by us are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied or exploited without permission. Third-party names, logos, applications and content remain the property of their respective owners.
Your subscription grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the service during the paid term. It does not transfer ownership of any software, channel or media content.
8. Availability and changes
We work to provide a stable service but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, technical faults, upstream provider changes, internet outages, security incidents or events beyond reasonable control may temporarily affect access.
Channels, programmes, categories, applications and technical features may change over time. We may make reasonable service changes for security, legal, licensing, technical or operational reasons. Where a change materially affects a paid service, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or any mandatory consumer guarantee. Subject to that rule, the service is provided with reasonable care and skill, but we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, universal device compatibility or availability of every item at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss caused by an unsupported setup, or failure of third-party networks, devices, applications or payment services. Any aggregate liability arising from a subscription will not exceed the amount paid for the affected subscription, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect service security, respond to legal requirements, prevent harm or address a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
You may stop using the service at any time. Stopping use does not itself create a refund right. Sections concerning intellectual property, payment obligations, liability and dispute resolution continue where their nature requires.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal or operational changes. The date above shows the current version. Changes apply prospectively, and material changes will be communicated where required.
11. Applicable law, disputes and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service operator and your transaction, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the concern efficiently.
