1. Overview
This policy applies to IPTV subscription purchases made directly from Best Premium TV. It does not cover purchases made through an unauthorised reseller or a third party whose own terms apply.
Please review device compatibility, internet requirements, plan duration and the number of permitted devices before ordering. Contact us before purchase if you are unsure whether the service is suitable for your setup.
2. When a refund may be available
You may submit a refund request within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase. A request may be approved when:
- We cannot activate or deliver the purchased service within a reasonable period after receiving all required order information.
- A substantial, reproducible service defect prevents normal use and our support team cannot resolve it after a reasonable troubleshooting opportunity.
- You were charged more than once for the same order due to a confirmed duplicate transaction.
- The service delivered materially differs from the plan confirmed in your order and we cannot correct the issue.
Approval is not automatic. We may review account activity, activation records, support history and technical evidence relevant to the request.
3. When refunds are generally not available
Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, a refund will normally not be provided for:
- Change of mind after login or access details have been issued and the digital service has begun.
- Requests submitted after the 7-day request period.
- Temporary interruptions, routine maintenance or isolated channel availability changes.
- Problems caused by an unsupported or incorrectly configured device, app or player.
- Insufficient internet speed, ISP blocking, VPN issues, local network faults or geographic restrictions outside our reasonable control.
- Failure to follow setup or troubleshooting instructions or to provide information reasonably needed to investigate.
- Account suspension or termination caused by prohibited use, credential sharing, restreaming, abuse or breach of our Terms of Service.
- Purchases from third-party sellers, charge fees, exchange-rate differences or payment-provider costs we did not receive.
4. Give us a chance to help
Many playback and setup issues can be resolved quickly. Before deciding a request, we may ask you to try reasonable steps such as restarting the device and router, testing another supported application or network, updating the player, checking credentials, or sharing an error message or screenshot.
If you decline reasonable troubleshooting, we may be unable to verify eligibility for a service-related refund.
5. How to request a refund
Email contactbestpremiumtv@gmail.com with the subject “Refund Request” and include:
- Your name and the email or telephone number used for the order.
- Order date, plan and transaction reference.
- A clear description of the issue and the date it began.
- Relevant error messages, screenshots or troubleshooting already completed.
Do not send passwords, complete card numbers, wallet recovery phrases or other sensitive payment credentials.
6. Review and payment processing
We aim to acknowledge a complete request promptly and normally decide it within 5–10 business days, although complex technical or payment investigations may take longer. If approved, the refund is generally returned to the original payment method where possible.
Bank, card, wallet or payment-provider processing times are outside our control. Any approved refund may take additional business days to appear. Access associated with a refunded order may be disabled when the refund is issued.
7. Renewals, cancellations and chargebacks
Unless your checkout clearly states that a plan renews automatically, a new payment is required to extend access. If an automatic renewal option is offered, its price and cancellation method will be displayed before purchase.
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we have an opportunity to investigate. This does not limit any right you have to dispute an unauthorised or incorrect transaction with your payment provider.
8. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the consumer laws applicable to you. Where mandatory law provides a longer period, statutory remedy or cancellation right, that law prevails.
